Founded on May 12th, 2021 as The Complete Teen (“Nurturing Young Minds”), we rebranded as COTEF in 2025. We educate and sensitise teenagers on spirituality, mental and emotional well-being, character development, financial literacy and relationship skills.

Raising wholesome teenagers doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when intentional adults choose to walk with young people through their formative years. COTEF Academy is calling mentors who are ready to commit, learn and serve with purpose.
For ₦12,000 you can sponsor one complete school pack: notebooks, pens, a mathematical set and a self-help book, plus mentorship that keeps guiding a student long after the outreach. Help us reach 300+ students this year.
ESOHE 2026, themed IDENTITY, held on Saturday 12th September at Sunlight CDA, Ire Akindano, Igbogbo, Ikorodu. It was a safe haven where young minds gathered to unlearn doubts and embrace who they are, with learning sessions, breakout classes, a parents’ session, medical & counselling care, prayer and plenty of dancing. ESOHE 2025 reached 200+ students in Baiyeku community.

Complete Teenagers Empowerment Foundation (COTEF) is a registered Non-Governmental Organisation based in Ikorodu, Lagos. We nurture teenagers with the Truth and help them grow to love God, know Him and impact their world positively.
We were formerly known as The Complete Teen and rebranded as COTEF in 2025.
The Academy runs a monthly series of mentorship sessions (past series include Choices, What’s Trending, Gifts and Love Matters) covering spirituality, finances, career, academics, character, relationships and mental wellbeing. It also includes book reviews, affirmations and a supportive community of teens and mentors.
ESOHE is COTEF’s Educational Support Outreach. We give secondary school students free learning packs and self-help books, hold inspiring talks and breakout sessions, and offer parents health checks and counselling. The 2025 edition reached 200+ students in Baiyeku; ESOHE 2026 (“Identity”) targeted 300+ students in Igbogbo, Ikorodu.

COTEF is guided by a five-member Board of Directors: Emmanuella Isimeme Uduebholo (Chairman / Founder), Collins Emeka Matthew (Director), Tovia Ebosetale Uduebholo (Secretary), Oghenero Okikie (Programmes Director) and Richman Ayedun (Member).
Yes. Our team has held outreaches at Oreyo Grammar School, Ipakodo High School, Mawutoi School, Zumratu School, The Child School and Excellent West College, among others. Get in touch to book a session for your students.
